StarLife Bestowed Best Insurance Company In Service Education
When product performance and service delivery exceeds expectations, clients become delighted as well as all other stakeholders. It is in this vein that the 3rd largest and fastest growing life insurance company in Ghana has been awarded accordingly by the Ashanti Financial Services Awards at the 13th Edition of the prestigious annual event in Kumasi.
The Ashanti financial services excellence awards is an annual event organized by his royal highness Otumfuo Osei Tutu, to recognize the contributions of financial institutions in the Ashanti Rgion.
This year’s edition was held at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Kumasi on 15th July 2016 under the chairmanship of Professor N.N.N Nsowah-Nuamah. His Royal Highness Otumfuo Osei Tutu II was the Special Guest of Honour for the occasion which saw StarLife Assurance Co. Ltd crowned as BEST LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY in service education, insurance category which was keenly competed by 4 other nominees.
The chairman in his address emphasized on the need for all businesses especially those in the financial sector to strive for excellence and thereby impact meaningfully in the wellbeing of their customers. He also admonished all financial institutions to clearly educate prospective customers on their realistic return on investment at the inception of such investments to avoid any untoward life threatening burden on clients.
Team StarLife, represented by Mr. Theodore Awuah (Regional Manager for Ashanti Region) and Ms. Georgina Acheampong (Sales Manager) received the award on behalf of the company. Mr Awuah thanked the organizers and indicated that excellent service delivery is an integral part of StarLife and therefore was not surprise of the award. He added that ‘’the award is going to motivate the staff and the entire sales force to continue to provide quality service / product education.
Among the dignitaries present to grace the occasion was Hon. John Alexander Ackon the Ashanti Regional Minister , who commended StarLife Assurance for their consistency in excellent service delivery.
